Come to a meeting.
The General Membership meeting is the committee's front door. It is monthly, it is open, and you do not have to be a member to walk in. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the program runs 7:00 to 8:30 PM at 7100 Tower Road in Battle Creek.

What happens in the room.
A meeting runs about ninety minutes. The chair opens, the treasurer reports, and then the room gets to the part people actually come for: candidates, township business, and whatever fight the county is having that month.
Guests are welcome and are not put on the spot. Members vote; everyone else listens, asks questions, and finds out where the work is. Most people who end up volunteering started by sitting in the back of one of these.
If you are thinking about filing as a precinct delegate, come to a meeting first. It is the shortest way to understand what the job actually involves.

Between meetings
Office hours are by appointment.
We are all volunteers and may be away working our day jobs, so headquarters is not staffed on a fixed schedule. Email ahead and someone will meet you there.
An evening a month is how most of this gets done.
Come once and see whether it is for you. If it is, there is a job with your name on it.
